Nyle and Judy will be married 52 years in April of this year.  They have three sons, two are currently serving in pastoral roles and they have six grandchildren.

Nyle and Judy joined Fellowship of the Hills 10 years ago, the same time they began working for Evangelism Explosion International.  They joined EE to help start a US Prayer Ministry, which Judy is still working in. Nyle is the Master Coach for the US EE Missionaries.  They have been working or serving in churches since they met at MacDill Air Force Base in 1969, where Nyle was stationed.  Nyle served the biggest part of his 25 year career as an Engineer.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environment(GGU) .  After retiring from the Air Force, he was the Director or Facilities for St. Petersburg College for 12 years.

Nyle has received numerous military awards, as well as other awards including the National Society of Professional Engineers, Engineer of the Year 1991 Tactical Air Command, The Great American Family Award 1990 MacDill Air Force Base, Civil Engineering Meritorious Achievement Award 1985 Air Training Command and the Ten Outstanding Young Americans Award 1982 3503 United States Air Force Recruiting Group to name a few.

Nyle says above all other things, coming to faith in Jesus Christ in 1969 and meeting and marrying Judy were the most rewarding.  It was through their love and faith in Christ that brought them through their greatest trial.  In January of 1986, they were in a car accident while stationed in Holland, that broke Judy’s back and paralyzed her.  God has been there with them through all the trials and tribulations.  His favorite verse is Philippians 3:13-14.  Ask about it and he will be glad to tell you their story.
